Support & FAQ
How does the level work?
Pick a level at the top (grades 1–2, 3–4 or 5–6). Exercises also adapt by themselves: a few right answers in a row make them harder, and mistakes make them easier.
Can siblings play on the same device?
Yes. Each child picks a name on the "Who's playing now?" screen and keeps their own progress.
How do I see my child's progress?
Scroll to "My progress" and tap "Report for parents" to see practice time, correct answers and achievements, and share them by email or message.
Does it need internet?
No. All the games work offline. Internet is only needed for the optional sync code.
